Onetrem Icrodevices is a fabless semiconductor company for emerging broadband networking applications, headquartered in SantaRosa, California. The company develops key components for cable television and fiber optic home networks.

OneTreeMicrodevices' extensive expertise, combined with ADI's strategic focus on GaN technology, expands ADI's portfolio of high-performance RF and microwave signal chain solutions for the infrastructure, defense, and instrumentation markets.

In addition to the acquisition of Linear, ADI is keen on acquiring small and micro IC design companies, buying four last year alone.
